Work Progresses in West Africa

With several church services at our first church plant behind us, we are thankful that the Word is being preached and shared! Pastor Z***** reports that a widow and child have come for prayer, services have included around 10 people, and he has made contact with 18 people in the village outside the church, 10 of whom heard the gospel, and eight who declined to listen. Thanks for your continued prayers. God is at work among the Hausa, and we are thankful!

Work on the solar pump, tower, and tank at the well is underway and should be completed within the next week or two. Thank you so much to all of those who have been praying for and gave or are giving towards this project!

Solar well tower

This is the first of two solar pump/well projects (we are continuing to work as funds come in – THANK YOU to those who have given or are giving to help us complete these projects)!! It is so HOT… we are so thankful that, because of your generous giving, the women of this village will soon be able to avoid standing in the hot sun, dropping buckets down and pulling heavy buckets of water up every day!

We are also thrilled that the 2021 Launch Offering (VBS Offering) will go toward church-planting ministry here in West Africa! Nicole has put together lessons for VBS this year for many of our churches to use – and has done a great job!

Thank you all who will participate in the Launch Offering this year! We are praying that we meet, and exceed, the goal of $25,000. In spite of all the security concerns and terrorist activity in the region, God continues to move and the church continues to grow.

We are currently working on two different ministry centers, alongside two new church plants, and we are about to add a second water-well project. There are many ways for you to be involved, but the most important way is by prayer! We wouldn’t be here without the prayers of our ministry partners. For other ways to be involved, contact us anytime. Thank you all!
